The Erasmus+ KA131 project carried out by IES MONASTIL aimed to enhance the academic and professional training of our students and teaching staff through international experiences. By participating in mobility for internships at foreign companies, our Vocational Education students were able to acquire specific competencies in their field, as well as intercultural skills essential for their entry into the job market. Additionally, the teaching staff engaged in Job Shadowing activities at companies and European educational institutions, which enabled them to improve their pedagogical skills and strengthen the internationalization of the school. The project also sought to promote inclusion, sustainability, and digitalization, in line with the Erasmus+ program priorities and the development strategy of IES MONASTIL.
