The implementation of this project had among its objectives; to resume, dynamize and promote the flow of international mobility after the pandemic, in addition to strengthening collaboration with our international partners and experimenting with new learning/training spaces. In this new context, we consider it vitally important to implement strategies that allow us to recover and enhance international experiences as an essential part of the comprehensive development of students and staff. The promotion of the internationalization of Higher Education (Vocational Education and Training) constitutes a key vector of action for the personal and professional development of participants. In an increasingly globalized environment, where cultural interactions are more frequent, it is crucial that the target groups of this project acquire skills that allow them to successfully operate in this new scenario. We believe that internationalization not only enriches professional skills, but also prepares participants to face the challenges of the labor market, which demands professionals with a global vision and intercultural skills. One of the pillars of our proposal has been to promote and support the participation of people with fewer opportunities. We believe that international mobility should be accessible to all, regardless of their socioeconomic situation. In addition, we sought to create an inclusive environment that fosters diversity and respect, allowing all participants to feel valued and heard. Recognition of the training activities carried out is another fundamental aspect. It is essential that mobility programme participants receive formal recognition of their achievements and experiences. This not only validates their efforts, but also provides them with a competitive advantage in the labor market. The implementation of certification systems and the creation of a portfolio of skills acquired during mobility have been some of the strategies we have proposed to carry out to ensure that students can demonstrate their skills and knowledge acquired abroad. We wanted to encourage closer and more meaningful interaction between the target groups and educational institutions and professional sectors, as well as to promote the development of intercultural skills, civic engagement, environmentally friendly practices and a commitment to sharing experiences and promoting the Erasmus programme. It should be noted that the opportunity to undertake a training stay abroad helps to broaden horizons, encourage adaptability and improve the confidence of participants. Another of the objectives set was to promote our educational offer, improve the dissemination and visibility of the Erasmus programme and the projects that our educational institution carries out. Finally, it should be noted that Erasmus projects also contribute to the creation of a more united European community, where diversity and mutual understanding are valued and that they benefit both the people involved and also the institutions and society as a whole, promoting a more collaborative and comprehensive future.
