Objectives

The project as a whole has the general aim of developing the educational, professional, and personal learning of the entire school community beyond our area of impact, allowing us to achieve the key pillars of the Erasmus+ program, such as sustainable growth, quality employment, the promotion of innovation, and the strengthening of European identity. To contribute to the development of these fundamental pillars, which guide the actions of our educational center, it is essential to differentiate between the project aimed at students and the one aimed at teaching staff: Regarding the student project, we have various specific objectives to support the development of participants as active citizens and to enhance their future employability. These objectives include: Promoting educational mobility among students, allowing them to acquire new professional skills that will provide them with the knowledge necessary for active integration into the labor market they are being trained for. Fostering personal and social skills, such as promoting social cohesion, discovering intercultural connections, improving language skills, and strengthening adaptability, creativity, active citizenship, and the promotion of a personal sense of European identity. The competencies acquired by our students have a direct impact not only on them but also on their surroundings: family, friends, and the educational center. Regarding the project for our teaching staff, and following the strategic line of the Erasmus+ program, the aim is to improve the quality of teaching and learning through continuous training directly connected to the realities of the professional field in which they teach. The specific objectives derived from this are: Promoting the internationalization and cooperation of teachers with different educational institutions, organizations, and/or companies across European countries, advancing the goals established within the EU education and training framework. Encouraging the training and modernization of the professional skills of our teaching staff, aiming to enhance the education provided to students at our educational center. In conclusion, the project promotes the educational, professional, and personal development of the entire school community, aligning with the principles of the Erasmus+ program, such as sustainable growth, innovation, and European identity. Through mobility, continuous training, and international cooperation, key competencies are strengthened, generating a positive impact on both the school and its social environment.
