At IES Javier García Téllez we have been committed to internationalisation for more than a decade, through various KA1 and KA2 projects that over the years have increased the number of members of our community that are involved. With this KA131-HED project we aimed to deepen the integration of students and staff in the Erasmus+ dynamic, so that all members of the educational community, and beyond, understand the importance of being citizens of Europe. This is reflected in a greater acceptance of cultural, economic and social diversity, a reduction in inequalities due to physical, mental or any other kind of handicap, the promotion of gender equality, awareness of climate change and the challenges it entails. We also aim to complete the training of our community, improve language skills, open new international doors in the professional careers of our students, encourage their autonomy and contribute to improving their professional and personal development. In short, to improve. And we are satisfied in the conviction that, despite the challenges and difficulties, we have advanced beyond expectations.
