Objectives

1. STRATEGICALLY POSITION OUR CENTER FOR THE 2030 HORIZON. Over the past few years, our centre has developed mobilities, sending and receiving students and teachers from Vocational Training (FP) and Secondary Education (ESO), contributing to becoming a reference in Erasmus+ actions. We aim, for the 2021-2027 horizon, to consolidate and advance in identifying internationalization as one of our centre's key features. Another element supporting our strategic positioning is the adoption and development of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 2. EXPAND MOBILITY OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR FP STUDENTS. Internships in companies, whether modular through Work-Based Training or otherwise, are fundamental in the learning processes of FP students. The possibility of conducting these training actions abroad adds extra value. This has been the first year of implementing mobilities for higher education levels. 3. IMPROVE THE PROFESSIONAL AND LANGUAGE SKILLS OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS. Companies we collaborate with increasingly demand language skills and the ability to interact with foreign businesses. Achieving this project has facilitated the development of actions in sector companies and training centres abroad, enhancing linguistic and professional competencies. 4. ENHANCE STUDENTS’ TRANSVERSAL SKILLS. Improving professional and skill competencies is essential, but so are transversal social skills, or "soft skills," which are gained through unique experiences such as internships in foreign countries. 5. IMPROVE THE IMAGE AND SOCIAL RECOGNITION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING. Having FP students and teachers participate in international training and internship mobilities adds prestige to FP studies, which, despite better social recognition in recent years, are still considered supplementary and unknown in broad sectors of Spanish society. 6. BOOST EMPLOYABILITY. Improved professional, linguistic, and personal skills through these mobilities contribute to better employment prospects for participating students. 7. INCREASE THE SENSE OF BELONGING TO A COMMON EUROPEAN SPACE. The feeling of European citizenship, in addition to being pursued through treaties, regulations, directives, and other European legislation, is mainly achieved through the exchange of experiences and knowledge. Alliances to achieve the goals (SDG No. 17).
