Keeping in mind our European development plan (https://www.ieslosalbares.es/erasmus/?page_id=2), the proposed mobilities aimed to achieve the following objectives: - Improve Professional Competitiveness: It is clear that facilitating the acquisition of specific technical and professional skills in international work environments, tailored to the needs of each of the vocational training programs offered at our center (Web Application Development, Administration and Management, International Trade, Logistics and Transport, Mechatronics), enhances and complements many of the competency areas acquired during students’ training. - Foster Innovation and Entrepreneurship: We aim to promote the exchange of ideas and best practices in each of the areas mentioned above, stimulating creativity and entrepreneurship among students—two aspects we consider crucial for improving our students' employability. - Develop Language Skills: By enhancing the use of foreign languages in professional contexts, we will significantly improve the communicative competence of students and teachers, in an environment where international relations in Europe are increasingly extensive and complex. - Strengthen the Network of International Collaborations: Being in a nearly peripheral area of Europe (Morocco is closer than France to our center), it is essential to establish and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and companies in other European countries, creating a network that favors future collaborations in academic and professional fields. If we want to build Europe, it must be done at the individual level, and this objective seems crucial to us. - Promote Teacher Mobility: In the highly demanding and changing environment of higher vocational training programs, it is essential to facilitate the continuous training of teachers through stays in educational institutions and companies abroad, enriching their teaching practice and knowledge of industry developments. - Understand and Embrace Cultural Diversity: A transversal objective, beyond the previous ones and fundamental for a comprehensive education, is to promote understanding and respect for cultural diversity among students, preparing future professionals to work in a globalized environment. - Boost Students' Employability: Although this is a final objective, we believe that this project can increase students' job opportunities through the acquisition of practical experiences and valuable skills in the European labor market. - Continuous Evaluation and Improvement of the Program: As part of any ERASMUS+ project, we must include ongoing evaluation and improvement of the program. We will seek to implement evaluation mechanisms that allow us to gather feedback from participants to continuously enhance the mobility program and adapt it to emerging sector needs, beyond the tools provided by the platform. - Enhance the Active Use of ICT (Internet and Digital Tools) in Learning Projects: The digitization of society is a fact, and our teachers and students in these higher vocational programs must not fall behind in this regard. We believe that knowledge of new tools used in host institutions and presented in teacher training activities, along with direct observation of their use in other centers, is the best way for participants in mobilities to gradually integrate them into their daily activities.
