With the implementation of the project, we wanted to promote the internationalisation of our educational centre, increase job opportunities for our graduates, and strengthen our European and global networks. On the other hand, we always aim to improve the communication skills of our students, staff and collaborators. By introducing more European projects in our school, we try to promote a greater European awareness in our community. We want our educational community to feel that it is an integral part of Europe (a great Community) which serves to open minds to change and progress; in short, to innovation. We have three types of mobility: _ Students on work placements in European companies: We send students to companies abroad to complete their work experience, which is a compulsory part of their training. In this way, they not only develop and improve what they have learnt during their academic period, but also develop their autonomy, communication and social skills. They work together to find host companies and are independent in finding accommodation and transport. _Teachers and administrative and service staff (PAS) travel to European institutions, preferably for 5-day periods, to improve their knowledge in their field of work, increase their networks to establish future collaborations, and bring new ideas to colleagues and students, which refreshes the educational offer of our centre. On the other hand, they bring us their concerns, highlight our strengths and try to encourage continuous improvement of the educational offer of our school. _Professionals; experts from European companies come to our school and give workshops and lectures, where they present their activities, the labour and social characteristics of their countries of origin and get to know our students and their training. Thanks to this type of mobility, the whole school can get to know other realities and, in addition, the Erasmus Project becomes tangible for the whole educational community.
