The aim of the project has been, on the one hand, to enable students to carry out work experience in European companies in the different vocational training families of the centre. And on the other hand, to provide the teaching staff, who teach in these professional families, with the possibility of training by observation. The specific objectives of the project, based on the aforementioned philosophy, have been: - To improve and expand the internationalisation of our Institute by opening the doors to knowledge of the values established in the Erasmus agenda for the whole of Europe. - To offer our students skills that facilitate their entry into the labour market, whether in Spain, upon returning from their work experience periods in the different European companies, or by having the opportunity to remain employed in these European companies. - To learn the way of working in other countries, in the work experience companies in the sectors of the professional families taught at the centre, being able to import the good practices learned.
