This is the sixth project requested by the Isabel I University. The main objective is to consolidate the presence of the Erasmus+ programme within the structure of the university and to offer the educational community of the university the possibility of personal, educational and professional development around European values and identity for a permanent and active education inside and outside the European Union. Another objective is the correction of errors based on the experience of previous programmes for a better implementation in future projects. Erasmus mobilities generate a great interest among the teaching and administrative staff of the university as it gives them the opportunity to train and improve professionally in a foreign country, to open channels of research and collaboration, to improve their English and to learn other working methods. There is a growing interest among students to study or do an internship in a foreign country which allows them to acquire foreign languages and adds value to their academic and personal development. The BIP projects have had a very positive impact on both teaching staff and students because of the facilities for participation, different from traditional Erasmus.
