Fundación Docete Omnes, in its Vocational Training Centre La Blanca Paloma, offers: Higher Degree Training Cycle in Sociocultural and Tourism Animation and Higher Degree Training Cycle in Social Integration. These studies belong to the Higher Education stage and include a work placement, in Spanish called "Formación en Centros de Trabajo" (FCT), carried out in professional companies. Through the mobilities of this project, we want to: 1) Promote the mobility of students and teaching staff in European companies. 2) Improve the quality and attractiveness of the Vocational Education and Training (VET). 3) Enable practical training students to benefit linguistically and culturally from the experience of learning in other countries of the European Union. 4) To contribute to creating a community of well-qualified young and future professionals with open minds and international experience. 5) To exchange experiences between teachers and information between organisations, educational institutions, VET centres and so on. This will enrich teacher training and motivate them to use new resources and teaching methods.
