By executing the Erasmus project, we aimed to achieve a series of key objectives for our institution. First and foremost, we sought to enrich the academic and professional training of our students and faculty by promoting internationalization. We wanted participants to gain a global perspective, improving their proficiency in foreign languages and their skills in using information technologies. Moreover, we focused on the personal and professional growth of the students, developing their autonomy, responsibility, and ability to face challenges in international environments. We also aimed to instill values of inclusion, equal opportunities, and respect for cultural and social diversity. Additionally, we wanted to modernize our educational institution by improving our teaching methods and strengthening collaboration with other European institutions. For the faculty, our goal was to enhance their pedagogical and scientific competencies and to foster teamwork in a European context. In short, we aspired to strengthen our institution and offer a more inclusive, modern education that is adapted to global challenges.
