Objectives

Mainly to improve the employability of our students, through the acquisition of professional skills that will have an impact not only on improving their labor inclusion but will also open new opportunities for job promotion, with better qualified and paid jobs. This is our main objective, as we are aware that in our country there are companies, generally large corporations, that in job interviews value very positively candidates who carried out their vocational training internships abroad through an Erasmus Scholarship (Stellantis group, Urovesa, etc...). Maturity, the ability to solve problems, to face the unknown and to get out of the comfort zone are qualities implicit in the participants of Erasmus+ projects and that the companies in our environment know and value. As a result of this objective, our students of this project 2022-KA131 have been offered a job in their respective mobilities and some of them are finally finishing their training to move on to the staff of the collaborating partner companies in which they carried out their internships through this Erasmus project. Another objective was to improve language skills, through training before mobility and especially after 10 weeks of mobility. The proof that the language immersion has been a success is the fact that our students are offered a job in the respective countries, proving that they are fully competent in the working language. For our school it is very important to maintain and strengthen relationships with our partners (schools and companies), as well as to find new partners to try to improve our educational offer and our Erasmus projects. The impact of keeping our partners goes beyond the dimensions of this 2022-KA-131 project, as we currently share partners through KA-121 AND KA-220 projects by our students and staff. This project helps to maintain the other Erasmus projects in which this center participates. Finally, it should be said that the dissemination of these projects through our social networks and by word of mouth has had a very important impact, curiously, with more impact on younger students who participate in KA-121 mobilities. We know that many of these students are currently studying Higher Vocational Training Courses and that they intend to participate in KA-131 mobilities in future calls.
