The main objective of our project is the realization of internships of our students in foreign companies and training stays of teachers in foreign companies or educational centres. Our educational centre has two important goals, both for the students and the teaching staff: Improvement of their professional capacity, as well as the acquisition of linguistic and intercultural skills. Based on these goals and together with the need for internationalisation of our school, the following objectives of our project are born: -Improve cooperation between companies and institutions and facilitate the incorporation of higher degree graduates into the European labour market -To support the development of innovative learning contents, methodologies and practices. -To improve linguistic competence in a foreign language. - Access to quality education irrespective of socio-economic background. With these objectives, we achieve the fundamental principles of the Erasmus+ Charter: -Equal opportunities (selection of participants and awarding of grants in a fair, transparent, coherent and documented way). -Recognition of completed activities.
