Objectives

This project is aimed at facilitating the mobility of higher education students for internships necessary for obtaining the Higher Technician qualification, as well as the mobility of higher education staff for training purposes. In line with the project's objectives and the ECHE letter, we focus our efforts on the following areas: *Regarding student mobility for internships: - Selecting companies based on the relevance of each student's professional specialty. - Enhancing the technical training of our students through internships in EU countries. - Upon completion of the internship period, our students earn 22 credits towards their academic studies in the Higher Education program they are pursuing. - Improving the professional and linguistic competencies of our students, thereby facilitating their integration into the labor market. - Allowing students to gain experience in work environments different from those they are already familiar with. Other objectives we aimed to achieve concerning student mobility included: - Enhancing the linguistic competencies of our students. - Increasing awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries among our students. At the institutional level, the search for companies for our students allowed us to strengthen coordination and the transition between formal education and training in the workplace. *Regarding staff mobility and aspects directly related to teacher training, the objectives of mobility were: - Understanding the organizational structure of a higher education institution in another EU country. - Analyzing the teaching methodologies applied in other higher education institutions. - Creating synergies with other institutions. - Involving faculty from various professional families, such as vocational training and career guidance, electronic systems, and electrotechnical systems, allowed each participant to focus on the knowledge of equipment and work methodologies directly related to their training from a technical perspective. - Visiting partner companies associated with the educational institution to understand the local business landscape and the employment opportunities for students after their training at the educational center. Other objectives we aimed to achieve regarding staff mobility included: - Enhancing the professional development of the center's staff, which will undoubtedly contribute to the modernization and internationalization of our institution. - Improving the linguistic competencies of the center's staff, thereby increasing the number of bilingual sections. - Maintaining ongoing contact with foreign partners for collaboration on projects and student mobility for internships.
