The objectives set for this project were the following: 1) Regarding mobilities: - 1 Staff mobility for training (Learning by observation); Share and learn good practices regarding internationalization management as well as teaching methodologies and new training trends - 1 Staff mobility for teaching; Share knowledge and good practices on a topic of interest and current need in an international organization and establish links between both organizations for future projects or new teaching or training stays. - 1 Student mobility for internships; As there were still pending projects to complete with a significant number of scholarships, it was decided to request a number that was possible to manage, since mobilities in Higher Grade vocational training always cost more to achieve due to the low amount of the scholarship. 2) Regarding the organization and management of projects: - Advance in digitalization in document management and in the dissemination of the Erasmus+ program - Try to establish new links between international organizations to create bonds that can be maintained and improved over the years through common projects, whether with teachers or students of the center - Be able to manage the number of mobilities requested and comply with the budget (after the COVID period, many of the projects were extended and we had many pending mobilities at the time of the request for this project)
