1. Offer our students and staff, KA131 mobilities through our own projects with fair and equal opportunities. A regular flow of mobility is the basis of the internationalization of the center. It allows us to encourage international culture, language learning, access training in highly qualified jobs, alleviate moments of unemployment and meet potential partners for future good practice projects. In addition, the program has a very positive impact on the employability of students and entrepreneurship in the area. 2. Encourage language learning programs, especially English. 3. Develop highly technical skills in our students. The industry in the area does not always have the capacity to absorb all of our students, or does not always offer jobs that take advantage of the highly technical and specialized training that our students receive. Mobilities for FCT and recent graduates offer training opportunities in areas and technologies that are simply not possible in our region. When our students return, they are in a position to incorporate those skills into businesses in the area. The students who contribute the most are usually the ones who spend time in the host country after their mobility contributing their knowledge obtained in Erasmus+. 4. Improve the curricular, methodological and linguistic skills of the teaching staff.
