The aim of this project was to give continuity to the process of internationalisation initiated at Florida Universitaria in 1993, offering mobility opportunities to students, teaching and administrative and service staff and promoting the modernisation and improvement of the quality of its educational offer. It was expected that the mobility actions would have a positive impact on the training and development of the participants, both on a personal and professional level, on the improvement of their basic and transversal competences, as well as on their employability and professional development. From the feedback of the participants, this seems to have been achieved. This project also foresaw the inclusion of new mobility possibilities (increased international mobility, participation in BIPs, inviting staff from companies, etc.) and, on a general level, it was expected that participation in the programme would contribute to improving the visibility, positioning and notoriety of our centre. Participation in the Erasmus+ programme is crucial for the achievement of the internationalisation objectives, which is why Florida Universitaria actively participates in this programme, especially in the KA1 and KA2 actions.
