Objectives

The project has aimed to carry out mobility of students of Higher Grade of the professional training cycles of the Graphic Arts and Image and Sound families, in different European cities. And also to carry out staff mobility, to receive training in companies and institutions that allow them to learn new ways of teaching and organizing the contents and teaching in Vocational Training, impacting the rest of the teaching staff, as well as the students. The students have carried out this mobility project, through different partner organizations (schools, institutions and/or companies), to complete their training, taking the Training in Work Centers (FCT) module in a company and performing the professional tasks corresponding to their professional profile in a company in the sector. At the same time, the project helps to promote student mobility as part of a broader employability strategy, which allows them to directly learn about the labor market of other European countries, their culture and their way of life and simultaneously improve the linguistic skills of our students. The project's subsidiary objective is to provide a broader life and professional experience in an international context. For more than 20 years, IES Puerta Bonita has dedicated part of its human resources (hours of dedication by the management team and several teachers) to tasks that allow the development of international projects of various kinds, especially Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 (KA102, KA103, KA107, KA116, KA121, KA131, KA202 and KA226). The centre also dedicates technical and economic resources to the dissemination of these programmes in our media and networks and to making the importance of this internationalisation visible. The Educational Project of IES Puerta Bonita considers it essential to promote international actions and projects to improve the professional qualifications of the center's students and staff, prioritizing inclusive and quality FP, improving knowledge of new educational, social, economic and professional realities at an international level, especially in the European sphere, promoting mobility, projects and networks with foreign professionals, institutions and companies, and this project has greatly contributed to this.
