The mobility project KA131-2022 of our educational center had as its main objective to promote internationalization and improve the quality of education and professional training in accordance with the objectives contained in the grant agreement signed with the national agency to carry out activities of the Erasmus+ program. We wanted to offer students the possibility of doing their training in companies in other countries, so that they could acquire a European/global vision of the labor market and acquire intercultural skills. In addition, this would allow us to stand out from other centers that have the same studies, but do not offer this vision or the realization of mobilities. In the case of the teaching staff, offer the possibility of training abroad to improve their skills and implement and share them with the rest of the teaching staff, to be able to access quality training and learn first-hand some European references and their methodologies that are already being implemented in the classroom In conclusion, internationalize the center, students, teachers and the training that is given through the experiences of students and teachers, offering a more global vision, including the commitment to European values, guaranteeing equity and inclusion, and promoting the sustainability and social responsibility.
