The Miquel Martí i Pol Institute is located in Cornellá de Llobregat, a town in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. The center stands out for its extensive experience in the field of vocational training through the training cycles of the families of electricity and electronics, wood and furniture, health and safety and the environment. The level and profile of the students in higher-level training cycles is quite heterogeneous, since students come from different studies (high school or vocational education training ) and from different locations in the region. With this project we aimed to meet some of the training needs of our students and teachers, and in particular, we wanted to strengthen: the practical training of our students (to enhance employability) and the permanent training of teachers (emphasising innovation of educational methods). In addition to the linguistic skills of both teachers and students. The objectives to be achieved have been: - Improve the level of skills and training of participating students and teachers: doing internships in companies in another country and identifying other pedagogical methodologies and other ways of working. - Improve the employability possibilities of students.
