More than 20 years ago, Monlau began the process of internationalization, and since then, we have been participating in different Erasmus+ projects as well as other international activities. Year after year we are committed to expanding our participation in new international projects, seeking continuous improvement and, above all, expanding our network of contacts to promote Monlau's internationalization plan, both for students and teachers. We are certain of the benefits that the projects bring to the entire educational community; the main objectives carried out during the development of the Mobility Projects have contributed to expand their sociocultural horizons as well as promoting and improving the labor insertion of recently graduated students. The participants have had the opportunity to expand and improve their technological knowledge as well as reinforce their training skills and competences. They have improved personal, technical and linguistic skills while boosting the competitiveness in sectors of the European economy such as IT, the automotive industry and marketing, coinciding with the three professional families in which we teach Vocational Training Courses in Monlau, both at Medium and Higher Level. The participating students have carried out an internship programme in companies to improve their employability, both in their country of origin and internationally. It is increasingly common for host companies to offer a job vacancy to the candidate at the end of their mobility. We are very pleased that the students are interested in Erasmus+ projects and that they perceive it as an added value to their training and professional CV. In relation to staff mobility, training by observation have been carried out both in centres and companies in our professional sector. All this with the aim of learning new methodologies to later share with the rest of the teaching staff, analysing the possibility of implementing new pedagogical and methodological resources in the classrooms considering the Monlau Center Plan.
