Our main goal was to offer mobility opportunities in all existing study areas, to all of the members of the university, including the new Degrees implemented, and that has been achieved. In addition, we aimed to offer more master's and staff mobility, and doctoral research stays. The overall objective is for students to obtain the cultural benefit of studying or working in European countries and to be able to comprehend other European realities in the workplace and university environment. Specifically: 1) support the acquisition of skills, personal development and employability in the European labour market. 2) Boost their language proficiency 3) Cultivate the capacity for awareness and understanding of other cultures, developing a strong identity of European citizenship. 4) Increase the capacity and attractiveness and international dimension of participating partners. 5) Strengthen synergies between university study, formal and non-formal, professional guidance, employment and entrepreneurship. It has been achieved, by improving skills in 34 fields of study, to facilitate the transition to the labor market, combat youth unemployment, through increased employability.
