In line with our ECHE charter, the objectives of this project have been the following: -To resume student mobility for internships after the pandemic and encourage students to face challenges and seek opportunities beyond our island, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within them. -To improve the employability options for students in higher vocational training programs. -To strengthen the sense of belonging to the EU and raise awareness about the rights and duties linked to European citizenship. -To develop intercultural competence in both students and staff, promoting tolerance and highlighting cultural differences as enriching elements. -To increase self-confidence, autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability in both staff and students. -To enhance multilingual competence, especially in the English language used as a lingua franca. -To consolidate professional skills through work experience in international contexts. -To enable the creation of a network of professional and personal contacts for both students and staff, facilitating new professional opportunities.
