The project consisted of facilitating and managing the internship module for the school's students and facilitating training mobilities for the teaching staff. We believe that by giving the students the opportunity to complete the traineeship module in European companies, they will increase their employability opportunities by improving their direct knowledge of how to work in an international working environment, developing their soft skills and language skills accordingly. On the other hand, we believe that this will help to strengthen their European awareness as they will be interacting with people from different cultures. Giving students the opportunity to live and work independently outside their own country is an enriching experience for them and an opportunity for the school to improve their educational and professional offer. Staff mobility has enabled them to deepen their knowledge of professional procedures and activities in the sector. The close contact with the professional world has also allowed us to identify shortcomings and possible improvements in our training process, which we will work on during this school year, thus improving the professional skills of both students and teachers. These mobilities have created quality links with companies that will facilitate future student mobilities and final employment. These mobilities are valued very positively, as out of 10 mobilities, 7 students have been offered to continue in the company where they have done the FCT. Finally, 5 students have established an employment relationship with the company. There is no doubt that with these actions we are strengthening and expanding the internationalisation of IES BENLLIURE.
