The aim of the project is to continue to promote the lifelong learning initiated with previous projects, focusing on the professional, personal and social development of the members of the educational community. For students, the project aims to facilitate the development of professional competences through international work experiences, promoting the acquisition of advanced technical skills and the improvement of linguistic competence in multicultural contexts. In addition, it aims to foster personal growth through adaptation to new cultural and working environments, as well as the creation of international networks, always reinforcing responsible citizenship and the European entity. All this will contribute to improve the training and employment opportunities of the participants. For teaching staff, the main objective of the Erasmus project is continuous professional development through the updating and broadening of knowledge in their area of specialisation and the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies seen in the international context. It aims to strengthen international collaboration by establishing partnerships with educational institutions in other countries and fostering the exchange of good practices. These actions will contribute to improving the quality of education and enhancing the reputation of the institution, while providing significant professional and personal enrichment for the teaching staff. The project responds to the identified need to support the development of vocational training students and to improve the competences of teachers in the same field, objectives that are aligned with the school's lines of action.
