With student mobility, we hope to ensure that our students acquire a comprehensive professional experience to adapt to the requirements of the European labour market and, in particular, to those of the countries where they do their internships, acquiring the appropriate skills and knowledge necessary to take advantage of this training period. A very important aspect to highlight is the personal or human aspect, where a brutal transformation of the students takes place; the Erasmus+ experience will make them grow as people, increasing their confidence and self-esteem, giving them a vision of the future that will mark them throughout their lives. The students belong to the higher-level vocational training cycles of Network Computer Systems Administration, Web Application Development, Multiplatform Application Development, International Trade, Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, Administration and Finance, and Manufacturing of pharmaceutical, biotechnological and related products. With staff mobility we want to strengthen ties of cooperation with foreign organisations, professionals and teachers, so that our students can carry out future training, as well as learn about the different European educational systems and ways of working in vocational training. The participating staff are teachers of the aforementioned higher-level vocational training cycles. As a result, the tutors of these companies have asked us for students to do their internships.
