The Iriarte Center is a recognized institution of higher education, with a mission that goes beyond academic development to actively support the employability and mobility of its students, alumni, and staff. In line with this mission, Iriarte has committed to engaging in European mobility programs. On one hand, it seeks to boost the skills of its staff through exchange programs with leading universities across Europe. On the other, it promotes internships in prestigious companies within the tourism sector. These efforts enhance the performance of both students and faculty while strengthening the institution’s connections with European organizations, which is particularly important for an institution based in an ultra-peripheral region.
