The aim of these mobilities was to enrich theoretical, practical, and linguistic competencies, enhancing the education of both students and teachers in a holistic manner. Additionally, they provided participants with a new, inclusive experience and a stronger sense of belonging to the broader European community. This initiative aimed to increase students' accessibility to the labor market and to improve teachers' skills, supporting their continued professional development in education. The project's future impact is based on achieving better job integration for the young participants through higher-level vocational training, benefiting both students and teachers. At the same time, we sought to promote the ERASMUS+ programs not only within our institute but also locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally, with the goal of creating collaborative networks between institutions and improving educational systems at the European level. Moreover, as a continuation of our projects from the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 calls, it was considered important to strengthen student mobility and serve as a source of motivation for others.
