Project 2022, which is the subject of this report, corresponds to the second call under the Erasmus+ programme (2021-2027). The mobilities financed through this project have been implemented only during the academic year 2023-2024, which allows all students who have carried out a mobility to do so under the same conditions already known at the time of the design of the call. On the one hand, during the implementation of the project, progress has been made in the fulfilment of the objectives established at institutional level. Firstly, to deepen the consolidation of digitalisation in the management of mobilities (with the incorporation of digital learning agreements and still pending bilateral inter-institutional agreements of the entities), in order to comply with the implementation of the ESCI initiative. Secondly, to elaborate and implement the regulation of the management of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) to ensure their academic quality. Thirdly, to proceed with the final adoption of the new international mobility management tool (Beneficiary Module) for the introduction of mobility data. Fourthly, to improve the promotion and dissemination of the mobility call among the university community in order to increase the number of participants and thus balance the ratio between incoming and outgoing mobilities. And fifthly, to minimise the effects of the exit of UK universities from the Erasmus+ programme, given the long and important tradition of mobilities with this geographical area. On the other hand, the quantitative objective pursued during the implementation of the project was to reach the number of mobilities granted (1213). This objective has been met, as a higher number of participants (1255) was finally achieved. However, despite the forecasts that were made, the grant agreement has not been fully implemented. As will be argued below, there has been a slippage of 656,986€ of non-executed grant. Despite this, it is considered that the fact of not having implemented 100% of the grant awarded has not affected the expected result in terms of mobilities and has not been detrimental to the quality of the project implemented.
