The CPIFP El Arenal is a small center. With less than 400 students enrolled, and 54 teachers, it has seven Higher Level Training Cycles, being the predominant level, since we only teach two Basic Level Training Cycles, three Intermediate Level Training Cycles and one Specialization Course. The idiosyncrasy with which we work means that in addition to the ECHE Charter, we also have Erasmus accreditation. The importance of internationalization is given by the response that we want to give to all students and the environment of European citizenship that we believe is so necessary in a historical moment like the one we find ourselves in. That is why we "use" Erasmus as a tool of our Internationalization Strategy. Our city has a City Council that is highly sensitive to the needs of its inhabitants and those who study there, and that is why they are coordinators of a consortium in which all the centers that provide Vocational Training are part and that, of course, We have the ECHE Charter, without differences between public, private and subsidized centers. So in Dos Hermanas, there is an "Erasmus community" that allows us not only to share mobilities, but thanks to them a real inter-center cohesion has been created that we use for peer learning on the management of our own and common projects. With this introduction, we want to emphasize the importance of ERASMUS CULTURE for us. Both participation in the consortium and the presentation of their own projects is done with the desire to give the opportunity to those teachers and students who are interested in learning about other realities in similar centers and companies in our sectors, in which the majority make their first work immersion. And that was our main objective. That students of Vocational Training, teachings that are not always well valued socially -although at the company level there is an increasing demand from our graduates-, explore their social, work, linguistic, personal autonomy limits and see themselves capable of increasing life options, including European mobility in the search for the best job or way of life. And, of course, to respond to the objectives of the Centre's Internationalisation Strategy as well as those established in the ECHE Charter. Among them, the improvement of the employability of students -thanks to the development of soft-skills and the improvement of linguistic competence-, especially those with an "unfavorable" socio-economic-cultural situation, that multiculturalism serves as a tool for the professional development of students and teachers, collaboration with other international entities to promote the achievement of the sustainable development goals and all of the following, are of special importance to us. this, guaranteeing equality, equity, the quality of mobility activities and promoting civic engagement as active citizens. We do not want to fail to point out that the fact that only teachers are those who carry out mobilities with this project, -the students do it with the consortium of the City Council- does not mean that the impact is irrelevant for the center, as we will explain in the corresponding section of this report. We could not separate the objectives and intentions of a single project, since the Erasmus+ programme in the centre is treated and considered as a whole, which includes both the KA131HED, the KA121VET, a KA210, the KA171 that is being prepared, the actions to welcome students and teachers, Whether for job-shadowing, day visits or curricular internships. Each and every one of the projects is essential to achieve our European objectives and with this idea we work and it is the guide to analyse their success, regardless of their size, budget allocation or participating agents.
