With this consortium project we hoped to achieve these objectives: - To offer the same educational possibilities to all students, without depending on geographical location, student profile, gender, nationality, motivation of teaching staff or general availability of the school. - Reducing inequalities of opportunity for students and staff related to the territory of influence. -To address the difficulty encountered by some of the schools in carrying out mobility projects on an individual basis due to their size, less experience or few IVET strands. - To extend the collaboration and synergies between the centres belonging to Escola Pia de Catalunya. - To internationalise the educational system of Escola Pia de Catalunya. - Improvement and development of the digital competences of the participants. - Motivation for continuous learning among all the people involved. - Development of transversal competences and also specific competences of each professional family. - Increase of the linguistic competences of the participants, as well as of the people involved in the management of the consortium and of the educational community. - Increased knowledge of the European Union and awareness of European citizenship. - Implementation of new innovative methodologies inside and outside the classroom. - Increase the capacities, attractiveness and international dimension of schools in training and education, so that they can offer the activities and curricular programmes that best respond to the needs of the working reality that exists at local, national and European level. - Permanent cooperation network between consortium centres on mobility issues. - Improve the reception of students in internships and in the processes of transmission of practical knowledge. - Increased outreach of the project within and outside the centres. - Increased internationalisation of the schools. - Increased employability of students and continuation of studies in higher education. - Expansion of the international network of contacts. - Improvement and innovation of the business fabric in the area of influence.
