Tolosako Inmakulada Lanbide Ikastola aims not only to train its students in the professional field but also in their personal development, promoting the acquisition of personal competencies that enhance their employability while developing a life project. Students who participate in an overseas stay gain added value for future employers, as they not only bring work experience and insights from another country's sector but also acquire key personal competencies such as critical thinking, tolerance, autonomy, and initiative, preparing them better for their job integration. This project aids in the attainment of all these skills, also valuing multilingualism and the importance of knowing other languages. Faculty mobilities also impact personal and professional growth and affect the institution level, facilitating the creation of contacts, learning about new cultures and languages, and increasing specific sector knowledge, which enriches the quality of training offered at the center. The goal is to maintain or increase, as much as possible, the number of mobilities (for both staff and students), ensuring the participation of women and the health sector branch of the center. Furthermore, there is a desire to give the center international visibility in line with its strategic vision and talent management.
