Student mobility has sought to enhance the personal, professional and international skills of students, giving them the opportunity to carry out part of their training in another country and in contexts different from their usual ones. This involves stepping out of one's comfort zone and learning through new academic experiences. Furthermore, this process was expected to foster the acquisition of new language and digital skills. In addition to these aspects, the aim was for students to learn how chemical or environmental companies operate in other work environments, thus complementing their professional training acquired at the centre. With regard to staff mobility, the aim was to improve their professional skills in order to face new educational challenges in a society in constant evolution, where the ability to adapt to change is fundamental, and continuous training is a key tool to achieve this. Finally, it is important to underline the interest of our centre in strengthening relations with other institutions, which would further enrich the educational environment.
