When implementing the project, we aimed to achieve key objectives aligned with the fundamental pillars of Erasmus. For the students, we sought to have them apply their knowledge in a European work environment, improving their language skills and gaining a deep understanding of European cultures. We promoted inclusion by ensuring equal access to these opportunities for all students, regardless of their background. Additionally, we fostered environmental awareness through education on sustainable practices in their workplaces and encouraged digital transformation through the use of technological tools. In our continuous search for new companies, we expanded opportunities for students to complete their internships, enhancing their professional preparation. For the teachers, the project focused on broadening their knowledge of educational systems and innovative methodologies, promoting new practices in the classroom, and integrating participation in democratic life to improve education and collaboration within our educational community.
