Objectives

The main objective of this project is to offer the opportunity to our Higher Level students to carry out their training internships in a European country, with all the benefits that this implies, both from a professional point of view (new working methods, learning new languages or improving the existing one, development of social and professional skills) and personal (increase in maturity, autonomy, the European sense of belonging, the development of flexibility and tolerance, among many other contributions). On the other hand, we seek the professional updating and motivation of our teachers of training cycles, with the knowledge of innovative work centers in the methodologies they use in the classes as well as improving their language skills to respond to the demands of the multilingual program implemented in the center. From a broader point of view, this project contributes significantly to the international character and identity that IES l'Eliana has created around the Erasmus+ program, with the development of projects, both for Intermediate and Higher Vocational Training and for ESO students through School Education projects. The students of Training Cycles, and in general, the educational community, are widely aware of Erasmus projects, to the point that, in some cases, it is a selection criterion of our center to study Vocational Training. Therefore, the development of the project has largely achieved the planned objectives, with the realization of a total of 6 student mobilities for the completion of the internships that finish their Higher Level Vocational Training studies (1 of them ineligible due to a procedimental mistake), as well as 2 teacher mobilities, with important contributions to our professional know-how and to its language improvement.
