With the implementation of the 2022-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000063693 project, we aimed to achieve the objectives proposed since our accreditation, in relation to both students and teachers: -Allow students to benefit educationally, linguistically, and culturally from the learning experience in other European countries, enrich their educational environment, and complete the acquisition of professional competence gained by the students at the educational institution. Through student mobilities to countries such as Italy, Poland, or Hungary, they have been able to achieve professional development that will contribute to their learning and complement the training received at the institution, as well as personal growth that will be of great use to them moving forward. -Promote the exchange of experiences, best practices, and teaching methodologies, as well as faculty mobility, to broaden their horizons and improve their language skills. With the four job-shadowing mobilities in Italy and France, our colleagues have been able to enjoy a unique experience, learning about how their peers operate and organize themselves, while sharing best practices.
