Objectives

The project was proposed with the intention of promoting and facilitating the international mobility of students and teaching staff, with a special focus on students who carry out internships or studies and teachers who participate in training programs. This type of initiative seeks to promote cultural and academic exchange, providing participants with the opportunity to enrich their professional and personal skills in an international environment. As for the students, the participants of the EQF level 5 courses at our centre have been able to successfully achieve the objectives established in their learning agreements, which has been possible thanks to the study mobility modality. Not only have these students’ acquired knowledge and skills specific to their field of study in a different context than usual, but they have also experienced significant immersion in the culture and language of the host country. This international experience has contributed significantly to their personal and professional development, broadening their perspectives and their ability to adapt to different cultural and work environments. The recognition of the ECTS credits obtained during the mobility has been a key factor for the success of the project, as it ensures that the academic and training achievements of the students are officially and validly recognized at European level. This recognition facilitates the continuity of their studies and their future insertion into the labour market, as they have an internationally recognized and valued academic profile. On the other hand, teachers who have participated in training programmes abroad have had the opportunity to improve their pedagogical and professional skills, as well as to exchange good practices with colleagues from other educational institutions. This experience has been enriching both personally and professionally, allowing them to incorporate new teaching and learning methodologies into their daily practice, which results in an improvement in the educational quality offered in our centre. The project has contributed to strengthening the internationalization of our educational institution, creating links with centres and organizations in other countries that can translate into future collaborations and an increase in mobility opportunities for future students and teachers. In addition, it has served to improve the visibility and prestige of our institution in Europe, demonstrating our commitment to educational quality and the comprehensive training of our students and teaching staff. In summary, this project has not only allowed the participants to achieve the proposed training and personal development objectives but has also strengthened the capacity of our institution to provide a more open education adapted to current global challenges. It has been a transformative experience for everyone involved, broadening horizons and building a bridge to a more inclusive and international professional and academic future.
