Our institution has organized training mobilities within the frame of the Erasmus+ 2014-2020 program and has renewed the ECHE charter for the period 2021-2027. In this 2022 Project, the initially set objectives have been achieved, since 7 student mobilities for internships and 8 staff mobilities for training have been carried out. These mobilities respond to the variety of higher-level vocational studies taught at the institution: Social Integration (5 mobilities), Early Childhood Education (4 ), Sociocultural and Tourist Animation (4), Communicative Mediation (1) and Promotion of Gender Equality (1). This achievement fulfils our objective of organizing training mobilities for all the professional profiles of Higher Education offered at the institution. As regards the host countries, 2 mobilities have taken place in Germany, 2 in Finland, 2 in France, 1 in Poland, 3 in Portugal and 5 in different cities in Italy. The principles in our ECHE charter have been observed and the quality of our mobilities have been guaranteed with a team of teachers that support the organization of mobilities and help to consolidate relationships with the network of collaborating organizations. We are convinced that our training collaboration at European level can be positive in our professional development and in the quality of the studies offered at the institution.
