The objective of this project was to carry out mobilities of both Higher Degree Vocational Training students in their mandatory internship period, to achieve the degree in a foreign country, and the mobility of teachers for their training. The implementation of these stays has made vocational training more attractive and thus has increased the number of those enrolled in training cycles. Direct contact with companies outside our country also allows us to adapt our training programs to the real needs of the working world, as well as learn about emerging technologies, which could be implemented in our schools. Our mobilities’ aim was to encourage our students and the center's staff to acquire transversal skills (greater personal autonomy, adaptation to a new environment in a foreign country, understanding a more globalized world, getting to know other cultures). Adding to the fact that the acquisition of skills in a foreign language, mostly English, of the participants in the mobilities is encouraged.
