Objectives

1. Promote the internationalisation of VET by following the values of diversity and inclusion, as well as continue to support VET to enhance its prestige through the realisation of professional internships for students and graduates in vocational training and international “job shadowing” stays for vocational training teachers. 2. Promote the attractiveness of VET through the development of international internships, thus promoting its appeal among young people and their families. 3. Promote the internationalisation of VET centres by supporting those without experience as well as supporting those with more experience to maximise the beneficiaries of international activities. 4. Promote training, the exchange of good practices and pedagogical innovation among teaching teams, providing them with greater knowledge of the different VET models, by having teams with greater and broader knowledge of the different VET models applied in the EU. 5. Support the internationalisation of management teams by providing them with knowledge about other management systems in internationally qualified centres of excellence in VET. 6. Increase the professional skills of VET students by giving them the opportunity to do their internships in an international environment or by increasing their professional experience by increasing the number of hours of internships in international companies to promote guaranteed and quality employability. 7. Increase the key personal and transversal skills of VET students, such as initiative, flexibility and adaptation to change, communication, and learning foreign languages that help them develop academically and professionally. 8.
