Our mobility projects focus on very broad areas. On this occasion we wanted to develop mobilities aimed at teaching and administrative staff, as well as students of the Superior Degree. We were granted 2 mobilities, one for Job Shadowing and the other for trainees. They were successfully carried out in Germany and Italy, respectively. Several objectives were pursued for this project: to provide participants with an experience that would allow them to learn new work methodologies, as well as the development of key and transversal competencies, including the improvement of languages; to carry out quality mobilities that stand out for their management and organization; to develop a sense of European belonging and to encourage participation in the democratic processes of local life. Very positive results have been obtained with this project: improvement of language skills; knowledge and importation of new work methodologies to the sending centers.
