Within the framework of our project, we have set ourselves two main objectives: (a) Teacher: Job shadowing. Training for curricular and methodological design through observational learning. This includes three specific objectives: a.1 To observe innovative methodologies in centres of international reference related to our studies of the CFGS in Physical Activities and Sports Animation and Early Childhood Education. a.2 To observe efficient methodologies in the relationship between companies and educational centres with regard to Workplace Training. a.3 To observe companies in the socio-health sector related to the aforementioned studies, which implement innovative practices. b) Students: Mobility of students for placements in international companies. Specific objectives: b.1 To develop professional competences specific to the professional profile. b.2 To foster the development of key skills related to any competent professional: autonomy, initiative, teamwork and conflict resolution. b.3 To foster the development of personal and social competences linked to the learning of foreign languages in international European contexts.
