The following objectives were set for the project: 1. To improve the experiences, values and personal and professional abilities of the students and teachers. Through the development of the activities, the improvement of values and abilities such as autonomy, responsibility, self-management, solidarity, a broader vision of their environment (a pro-European vision), tolerance, respect and conservation of the natural environment was achieved. 2. To expand the technical capacity of the students and to expand their job market. The type of activities that were planned to be carried out are new in the training of these students, and require a high level of specialisation. The vision provided by seeing them in other environments and countries is a very important employment benefit for the students. In addition, this knowledge and training in other countries allows them to access new job markets. 3. To improve the communication skills and mastery of another language in the participants. 4. Improve the language skills of the school's teachers and students. 5. Improve the training of the teachers, allowing them to access new methodologies, and getting to know other job markets in their field. 6. Introduce English in Higher Education classes so that students can get a bilingual training. 7. Promote the acquisition of sociocultural and digital competences by both teachers and students. 8. Promote and support the use of new educational methodologies that are being implemented in our school. 9. Overcome barriers that impede equal opportunities, favouring the participation of students in more disadvantaged situations. 10. Increase employability in quantity and quality, especially among women by reducing the breach that still exists in some areas. 11. Collaborate in the economic and social development of our neighborhood and the city of Malaga, raising the level of professionalism of our students. 12. Promote sustainability and care for the environment through Erasmus+ programmes. 13. Collaborate with other European organizations in hosting students from other European countries
