One of the main objectives of the project is to consolidate in our institution the mobility activities of trainees (carried out since the academic year 2009-2010), giving an added value to the Workplace Training module and to the training offer in general. The mobility of students and staff has made it possible to achieve the objectives set by the Erasmus programme, but each year new circumstances arise that give dynamism to all the activities carried out. Youth employability is one of the success stories of past editions of the programme that has also been carried out in the mobilities of the last academic year. We have also noticed an improvement in the linguistic competence of all the participants. Likewise, a more favourable environment has been generated to develop this type of activities in the centre due to the success stories and the participation of a teacher in job shadowing activities, allowing the idea of carrying out mobilities in the future to spread.
