Our Erasmus+ development of the Higher Vocational Training (HED) of our IES is mainly focused on improving the training as professionals of Higher Education, with special attention to linguistic, digital, technological and sustainable skills and, on the other hand, providing experiences for our students of higher cycles, which allow them new training paths and approaches for their professional future in addition to the linguistic improvement of foreign languages, in addition to raising awareness and promoting the European feeling and development of professional, personal and social skills from other countries and cultural perspectives that improve their learning and quality training, favoring their motivation and interest as European citizens and future professionals of a multicultural and globalized society based on respect and civic commitment. It is important to highlight that our center is located in an area of social exclusion, being the poorest neighborhood in Spain (3,000 homes), aiming to offer with this project, unique opportunities for participants with fewer opportunities and that by sharing it would favor motivation and interest in the rest of the educational community and projection to the neighborhood. Furthermore, one of the challenges set in this project was to achieve autonomous management and organisation with our own resources that would allow us to optimise and adapt our activities as much as possible, as well as favour the strengthening of our European network.
