The main objective of the project was to carry out a staff mobility for training and observation at the Liceo Linguistico Pascasino in Marsala-Sicily, Italy, with various purposes and benefits. The aim was to learn and develop pedagogical and curricular skills, integrating experiences from the EsaBac Project and the CLIL method, implemented at the Lyceum. This opportunity will enrich the studies taught at our center, promoting the profile of a European citizen. The observation in the Italian center has provided us with work tools for projects in which the foreign language has to be used, specifically, French and English. Intercultural competencies have been developed and teaching methodologies improved, strengthening relationships between organizations. Mobility pursued a broader European and international vision, promoting cultural and social exchange. In addition to personal enrichment and improvement of language skills (English and Italian). The results will include the transfer of knowledge to the La Sénia Institute, benefiting teachers and students through the dissemination of new skills and content acquired during the training period.
