The main objective of this project is to promote the internationalization of higher vocational training centers in the field of international trade. Through the consortium, the goal was to offer staff training opportunities in international contexts in order to adapt to the demands of today's globalized market. At all times, beneficiaries were encouraged to acquire key skills such as linguistic, personal, and professional competencies. For faculty, these experiences allow them to update their knowledge of global markets, bringing a more practical and up-to-date perspective to their teaching work. Although no student mobility programs have been implemented, participation in this project offers a unique opportunity for professional development in multicultural contexts, which significantly increases their employability. Thanks to the previous experience of the consortium coordinator, who successfully managed international mobility programs for several years prior to this application, long-term partnerships have been established between national and international partner institutions, promoting educational and business cooperation beyond the framework of the European Union.
