Objectives

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) aims to contribute to the improvement of society through top-quality teaching and advanced, interdisciplinary research, adhering to strict international standards in order to enhance its institutional positioning and prestige. In this context, the Erasmus+ Project 2022 aimed to to promote internationalization as a strategic pillar of institutional development. This entailed establishing academic, scientific, and cultural collaboration networks with foreign institutions, thereby facilitating the mobility of students, teaching and administrative staff. Among the core objectives—always aligned with the principles of the ECHE Charter—were: ensuring that all mobility activities met high standards in terms of organization, management, and academic outcomes; providing participants with appropriate support services, including guidance, counseling, and linguistic, academic, and administrative assistance before, during, and after their mobility period; and fostering inclusion and equitable participation by facilitating access for participants with fewer opportunities or specific needs.
