The basic objectives of the project have been to promote the lines of collaboration opened in the previous project between our University and the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania, the implementation of research and dissemination work that allows the design of territorial policy strategies and mobilize initiatives of entrepreneurs that generate employment, added value and development both in Aragon and in Albania. In relation to student mobility, it has not been possible to meet the objective of mobility of outgoing students due to the characteristics of doctoral training in some of our Departments, which involves collaboration in teaching, but we are satisfied with the change from this mobility to incoming mobility. The aim was to cover the aforementioned objective by supporting the development of their research skills and methodology and the advancement of their doctoral theses. With regard to the mobility of professors, collaboration has been strengthened in common areas of research, new areas are planned (environment, health) and, in addition, the Department's organizational system is made known and collaborations and contacts with other research institutions in the agricultural sector are made possible.
