Through the Erasmus+ programme and the KA171 action, the institution has projected EU values beyond its borders, boosting the modernisation of universities in partner countries. The 2022 project has improved the employability and resilience of students, teaching and administrative staff. Thanks to its experience and its leadership in KA131 mobilities, UV has implemented the planned actions with quality, even in the face of global challenges. Between 2022 and 2025, in a global context marked by the post-pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the energy crisis and the digital transition, the University of Valencia has strengthened its commitment to internationalisation as a strategy to address educational and social challenges. A pedagogical effort has been made to transfer the Erasmus+ principles to partner universities, managing more than 70% of the budget allocated to incoming student mobilities. Mobility has enhanced key competences in a changing international environment, and digitalisation has optimised management and cooperation. The UV has promoted greater inclusion, facilitating access to the programme for vulnerable groups. Erasmus+ is consolidated as a driver of educational transformation and innovation.
